Shin Lee (she/her)
I am a third culture kid*, pro-therapy, anti-racist, and imperfect ambivert who started her career in corporate supply chain management consulting. The last few years have been spent orienting around my values: understanding more about where food comes from, who is involved in the process, how it impacts our world, and ways we can hold the door open for more folks who have been historically excluded. This is what brought me to food systems work and also a call for folks who haven't started engaging yet because they do not feel qualified or like there is room for them, there absolutely is. We all grow when we share our collective wisdom and create more space. I look forward to continuing the “work” with everyone.

Farming for the Future Coordinator
Andrew Collins-Anderson (he/him)
Andrew has been a dedicated organizer for community agriculture and environmental advocacy organizations for over 10 years. Growing up in a rural foothills community, he spent much of his youth exploring rivers, forests, and backyard gardens. In college, he volunteered for the Potawot Community Food Garden in Arcata, CA. His experiences there solidified his passion for agriculture and community food systems. Since then he has founded community gardens, stood with communities protecting their groundwater, and advocated for a Just Transition for Oregon's industrial timber plantations to store carbon and return wealth to Oregon's frontline communities. He is excited to learn, support, and expand the great work of the Oregon Community Food Systems Network!
