Use this form to register for the Convening
We are expecting significant interest in this event and limited space (150-180 attendees).
There is no convening registration fee, but if you would like to donate to support the Convening that is appreciated. Contributions can be made using the form on this page.
OCFSN will cover food and lodging for up to two individuals from each member organization (travel to and from the event will NOT be covered).
Non-member organizations or individuals will have food paid for, but will need to cover their own lodging and travel (Lodging is between $240-$298 total for the two nights).
Current and past OCFSN member organizations will need to renew their membership, using the registration form linked above. This form is not to be used for new member applications. If you would like to apply to be a new member you can use this form, but your application will not be processed until after the convening.
Current and past OCFSN member organizations will have priority registration before we review registration for organizational allies and partners.
Nonmember organizations and other partners can use the linked form to register at any time. We will start reviewing nonmember registrations starting September 26th, and will process registrations until we reach our attendee limit.
Each organization will register their two attendees on one form, so please coordinate with your team before completing this form (one person from an organization is totally fine!).
If a member organization only has one person attending the convening they can bring a person from a partner organization (room and food covered).
We have many two queen bed rooms available and are encouraging room sharing, so we can host as many attendees as possible. Details on room sharing below.
We are strongly encouraging attendees to join for the full convening. If you are unable to attend the full convening, please contact OCFSN to discuss your availability.
This is a mask optional event, please stay home if you are sick or have symptoms.
Please prioitize this registration, the resort has an early deadline of October 6th for room booking.
If you have any questions with the registration process please contact Andrew, andrew@ocfsn.org, and we will be happy to assist you.
Sponsor the Convening
We couldn't do this work without the help of our generous partners, foundations and business sponsors. It costs over $400 for a network member to attend this convening which we offer to all network members at no charge. Please help us ensure these leaders can come together to collaborate on a path forward for Oregon’s food system.
It would be great to chat with you to discuss this opportunity before October 15th. You can reach us directly at andrew@ocfsn.org.
